Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days after order is received and processed. Overnight shipping is 1 business day if the order is received before 4pm CST.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after it is placed.

We will notify you of your tracking number once your order has been processed.

All orders are tracked and insured. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. Any questions about delays/lost packages must be communicated with the courier.

Did not receive your package? 

• In case a package is delivered - according to the tracking number update, but you state that you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Pickup Policy

Prefer to Pickup your order?

• Pickup orders are usually processed within 1 business day. During peak times this may be extended.

• Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive notification. The pickup location is 11911 Jones Road, #5, Houston, TX 77070. Store Hours are Wednesday-Friday 11am-5pm; Saturday 10am-4pm. Pickup outside of Store Hours are by appointment only.

• All orders must be picked up within 30 days or they will be restocked and no refund or exchange will be granted.

• If you're not able to pickup, please contact us to pay for shipping.
